3D Printing Pricing in Harare, Zimbabwe

What affects the cost of a 3D printed part, and how to get an accurate quote within 24 hours.

There's no single price list for 3D printing, because every part is different. A small keychain and a large functional bracket use different amounts of material and machine time. Instead, we quote every project individually, but the factors below explain how the final number is calculated so there are no surprises.

What Affects the Price

Material

PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU cost different amounts and print at different speeds. See our material guide to help choose.

Size & Volume

Larger parts and those with more solid infill use more material and take longer to print.

Print Time

Machine time is a direct cost: tall or intricate parts that print slowly cost more than simple, fast ones.

Supports & Complexity

Overhangs and complex geometry may need support material, which adds print time and post-processing.

Finishing

Sanding, painting, or assembly of multi-part prints adds labour time beyond the raw print.

Quantity

Batch orders for production parts typically have a lower cost per unit than one-off prints.

We only offer FDM printing, which keeps our process and pricing consistent across every job. For a firm number, send us your file (STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3MF) or clear photos and dimensions of what you need, and we'll reply with a detailed quote within 24 hours.

Pricing FAQ

How much does 3D printing cost in Zimbabwe?

Cost depends on the material used, the size and volume of the part, print time, and how much finishing is required. Small, simple items can start from a few dollars, while large or complex parts cost more. Send us your file or dimensions for an exact quote within 24 hours.

How long does a quote take?

We aim to send every quote within 24 hours of receiving your file or project details, whether via WhatsApp, our quote form, or email.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF files. Please send a print-ready 3D model in one of these formats.

Do you offer other 3D printing technologies?

No. We specialize exclusively in FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) printing using PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU. This keeps our quality consistent and pricing predictable.

What affects the price of a 3D print?

The main factors are material choice, the amount of plastic used (volume), print time, layer resolution, support material needed, and any post-processing such as sanding or painting. Order quantity also affects per-unit pricing for small batch production runs.

How fast is delivery?

Standard projects typically take 3-5 business days from quote approval. Rush turnaround is available for urgent projects. Let us know your deadline when requesting a quote.

Do you deliver outside Harare?

Yes. We serve Harare and surrounding areas including Chitungwiza, Borrowdale, Avondale, and Ruwa directly, with local delivery around Harare available via inDrive.
