Quotes are provided based on the files and information you supply and are typically valid for 7 days. Orders are confirmed once you approve a quote and, where required, pay the agreed deposit. Final pricing may change if the file, quantity, or material requested changes after quoting.
Standard turnaround is typically 3-5 business days from order confirmation, though this varies with part size, complexity, and current workload. We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.
You retain ownership of any design files you provide to us. By sending us a file, you confirm you have the right to have it printed. Layerzim will not reproduce, resell, or share your design with third parties without your permission.
FDM 3D printing has inherent dimensional tolerances that vary by material, geometry, and part size. We will advise on expected tolerances for your specific project before printing.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of quote approval. Work on production orders typically begins once payment or an agreed deposit is received.
