The terms that apply when you order 3D printing services from Layerzim.

By placing an order with Layerzim, you agree to these terms of service in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
Quotes are provided based on the files and information you supply and are typically valid for 7 days. Orders are confirmed once you approve a quote and, where required, pay the agreed deposit. Final pricing may change if the file, quantity, or material requested changes after quoting.
Standard turnaround is typically 3-5 business days from order confirmation, though this varies with part size, complexity, and current workload. We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.
You retain ownership of any design files you provide to us. By sending us a file, you confirm you have the right to have it printed. Layerzim will not reproduce, resell, or share your design with third parties without your permission.
Before we print, we send you a picture of the print job so you can see exactly what will be produced. Once you approve that picture, it becomes the agreed specification for your order and we print it as shown, with no exceptions. Changes cannot be made after approval, and reprints requested because of something visible in the approved picture will be charged as a new order. Please review the picture carefully before you approve it.
We print the model you supply, exactly as supplied. We do not repair, redesign, or alter your geometry unless you ask us to and we agree in writing, which may be charged separately. If the model itself has problems such as poor detail, wrong dimensions, thin walls, gaps, or a design that does not perform as you expected, the resulting print is still a correct fulfilment of your order and remains your responsibility. We are happy to flag issues we notice, but we are under no obligation to catch them and any comment we make is not a guarantee.
FDM 3D printing has inherent dimensional tolerances that vary by material, geometry, and part size. We will advise on expected tolerances for your specific project before printing.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of quote approval. Work on production orders typically begins once payment or an agreed deposit is received.
