When you contact Layerzim through WhatsApp, our quote form, email, or phone, we collect the information you choose to share with us, typically your name, contact details, and details about your 3D printing project, including any files you send us for quoting or printing.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process orders, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Our online quote form is processed by a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email address. WhatsApp messages are handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Files you send us for quoting or printing (STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF, or similar) are used only to prepare your quote and complete your order. We do not share your design files with third parties without your permission.
